Currently, architects are completing drawings in preparation for final approval from appropriate authorities. It would be the intention of the College Council that tenders would be called in November 2007 and that the building would be constructed during 2008 to open on 1 February 2009, being thus able to accommodate residents for the 2009 academic year.
