St Leo's College is conducted under the auspices of the Catholic Church.

As such, residents are encouraged to integrate the principles of faith, spirituality and care for others into their daily life.

The College encourages and supports students to assist the disadvantaged in society. A student-driven Social Justice Committee operates in the College.  Opportunities for students are provided to be involved in charity days with links to support programs such as Refugee Home Tutoring and collections for cancer research.
