1. Forms
(a) Download and complete the Application for Admission, Medical Form and Interview Form
(b) Download and distribute 2 x Referee Reports to preferred referees. (School Principal is preferred as one of the referees).
(c) Include the application fee of $55.00 (non-refundable) –  Application Fee Form

(d) Include 4 passport size photographs

2. Interview Confirmation
We will contact you to confirm the interview time.

3. Letter of Conditional Offer
On successful completion of an interview and all forms received, a ‘Letter of Conditional Offer’ will be issued subject to the following Conditions (but not excluded to):
  - OP 1-8 or equivalent
  - Acceptance of Offer at UQ
  - QUT and Griffith applications will be considered on merit, but only if a similar program is not offered at UQ.

4. QTAC Offers
QTAC offers are usually released middle January.  The College will endeavour to contact prospective residents immediately after the first round QTAC offers are made; however, it is also your responsibility to contact the College if you do not hear from us within a few days.

5. Your Acceptance
It is essential that you provide on your Application Form a phone number/address/email at which you can be contacted immediately at this time.  An Offer Pack detailing the requirements for entry into College will be sent.  The offer of a place at St Leo’s must be accepted formally in writing within ten (10) days, or it lapses and is passed to the next applicant on the waiting list.

6. Final Confirmation
Once the acceptance of offer and deposit is received, your invoice for the semester will be issued, a room is allocated and we await your arrival.
