“The Colleges at UQ have long been renowned for having an active social calendar and St Leo’s has done nothing to harm that reputation. From the very first day you enter the grand old hallways there is always something to keep you busy. The “Back to School” party was always a cracker, catching up with everyone after the mid-year break.”
Social life at St Leo's is second to none amongst UQ residential Colleges. With a Student Club that is dedicated to ensuring that its members have a good time, safely, St Leo's social and cultural events range from exchanges with other Colleges to Balls at some of Brisbane's best known venues, to debates against other Colleges, to St Leo's entries in Bandfest, Choralfest and One Act Play.
St Leo's Student Club runs under age and 18+ College-wide events throughout the year, working closely with the College Leadership Team and the respective governmental agencies. Every resident has the opportunity to be part of the social dynamic at the College, to broaden his social skills, and to contribute to the friendly atmosphere of St Leo's.
