Payment Terms:

Student Residential Accommodation:  

Payment in full prior to commencement of each semester, or per periodic payment plan agreement.

Refunds:

If, for unforeseen reasons, anyone wishes to leave College outside the normal conditions of tenure, he must give 7 weeks’ notice via email to registrar@stleos.uq.edu.au

7 weeks’ fees will be payable where insufficient notice has been given. Study Abroad Residents are excluded.

 

Non Student Residential Accommodation:  

Any offer of an accommodation booking will be made on receipt of your request, and subject to availability.

To secure your booking, a deposit of 20% is required 28 days prior to the booking commencement date, or as otherwise agreed

Payment of the balance is required prior to the booking commencement date, or as otherwise agreed.

Refunds:

A refund will be given for cancellations notified via email to:  stay@stleos.uq.edu.au received prior to the booking commencement date as following notice periods:

Greater than 28 days: Refund in full
14 – 27 days: Payment received less deposit
7 – 13 days: Payment received less deposit plus one night’s accommodation
Less than 7 days: No refund and full booking fee is payable.

 

Miscellaneous Charges:  

14 days from date of Invoice.

Refunds:                  No refund, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

 

Payment Options:

Credit Card, EFT, Cheque, Cash.
