New artwork for the College to celebrate our Centenary

February 2, 2017

Professional artist Jayne Hodgson was commissioned by the St Leo’s College Council to paint a centenary work that celebrates the college’s history both at St Lucia and Wickham Terrace.

Jayne has produced a quadtych which captures the view looking east from Wickham Terrace to the CBD and anther from the old college upper verandah. The two St Lucia images capture the view one gets looking out from the new college towards the lake; and the buildings as they presently exit.

The artwork will be the centre piece in the new Centenary Room when the library is renamed later this year.
