St Leo’s College warmly congratulate Bishop Shane Mackinlay on his appointment by Pope Leo XIV as the next Archbishop of Brisbane.
Bishop Mackinlay has long been admired for his pastoral leadership, deep commitment to Catholic education, and engagement with young people. His new role is a significant recognition of his dedication and service to the Church in Australia.
As a college community, we are proud to celebrate this milestone and offer our best wishes to Archbishop-elect Mackinlay as he prepares to lead the Archdiocese of Brisbane.
