Welfare and wellbeing of residents
We understand that many new residents at St Leo’s are experiencing living away from home for the first time.
To ensure their transition is smooth and comfortable, we offer 24/7 support through a variety of channels to ensure these young men feel safe and at home.

Residential Assistants (RAs)
St Leo’s has RAs who are senior residents that have been appointed to a leadership role. Each RA provides valuable pastoral care to the residents living in their block.
There is a Senior RA who coordinates this group and acts as a valuable communication bridge between the RAs and the college admin team.

St Leo’s College Duty Officers
The College employs Duty Officers who are available overnight to assist residents outside of regular business hours.

St Leo’s College Administration Team
We also have professional staff, including the Deputy Head of College and the Dean of Students who live on site.
Out of hours phone numbers: 0407 430 873 (Duty Officer) or 0408 682 119 (RAs).
