St Leo’s College
St Leo's is a Catholic men's residential College located within the University of Queensland's (UQ) St Lucia campus. The College provides benchmark accommodation services, welfare support and academic assistance to 208 men undertaking undergraduate and post-graduate studies by providing community infrastructure, including access to academic, religious, outreach, welfare and wellbeing services.
St Leo's commenced as a Catholic College at the University of Queensland in 1917 and, as one of the first colleges affiliated with the University has a proud collegiate history and strong relationship with UQ.
The College also has a University-wide reputation for commercial catering and conferencing excellence and supplies casual accommodation when the University is not in session.
The Position
St Leo's invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for this permanent full time live in position, of Dean of Students.
The Dean of Students reports to the Deputy Head of College and is responsible for the management of resident students, the fostering of a college-wide sense of community and for the care, good order and welfare of the residents of the College.
