Submit an Application for Residency by registering your details on our Portal.
Once registered, you will be sent a confirmation email with supporting documents.
Complete and return all documents and items requested in the confirmation email.
You will be invited to have a phone or face to face interview with the Head of College. Following the interview, you may be given a provisional offer or you can take up our Early Offer Program (see below).
We encourage applying by 30th September 2020 to secure your place for Residency. QTAC Offers are released January 2021.
Your place is confirmed by payment of the deposit and returning of the signed Residential Contract.

Early Offer Program
The Head of College will be guaranteeing accommodation through the “Early Offer” program until further notice.
To avail oneself of an Early Offer for 2021 a prospective Resident needs to have completed all components of the Application Process and to have paid the $1320.00 pre-payment (which is inclusive of $1000.00 of part Semester One 2021 Fees and $320.00 Commencement Fee).
The only contingency surrounding finalisation of your arrival at St Leo’s is your QTAC offer. Once you have an offer at a Brisbane university, the College will allocate you the guaranteed place.
